Melodie Cook PS IEA is a figurative artist, with a total focus for many years on portraiture, using dry media such as pastels and charcoal. However her passion for drawing is now equalled by her passion for working with clay.

“I have been slowly developing the ceramics side of my practice, combining my love of storytelling with sculpture.
In the last six years I have created a series of collections under the name “The Cabinet of Curious Pots and Creatures”. Each collection is born from a desire to be completely spontaneous and let my creativity and imagination express itself freely.”
